I was planning on using auditing on Sql Server but frankly
I'm disappointed with the rudimentary architecture of
auditing provided by Sql Profiler. Is any one on this
board using auditing on their servers ? What is the
performance impact ? I know theoritically there is a high
impact but we only wish to monitor certain activities of
certain users. Any experiences on a live production
environment are appreciated.
Thanks,
JackJack,
I'd just want to point out another option (I haven't used the product
myself):
