any idea for this report style?

Hi,
There is a report like follow..
Dept Year NO.
--
depA 2000Y 0023
0024
0058
...
0103
depA 2001Y 0025
0056
But I want to change it's style like this...
Dept Year NO.
--
depA 2000Y 0023 0024 0058...
0103
depA 2001Y 0025 0056
It's mean that I want the data list of NO. showing by horizontal not
vertical.
Any way can do this and how?
